Terms and Conditions

Deposits - Please note that booking deposits secure your reservation and are non-refundable.

Cancellation - If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Guests may cancel with up to 48 hours notice without incurring any additional charges over any deposit where paid.

- If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date or do not take up your booking by 10pm (22.00) on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one nights stay.

Check In - Guests can check in anytime between 16.00 & 20.00 on the day of arrival. However, we will usually be able to accommodate alternative times with prior notice.

Check Out - Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 on your day of departure.

Payment - Payment can be made by cash or cheque - cheques should be made payable to 'Ardlogie Guest House'. We do not currently accept card payments.

Ardlogie is a non smoking guest house.
